About Us & Capabilities

Prestigious Imagineering is my shop in Drayton Valley, Alberta. I'm Jesse Towne. We mill, rout, print and scan parts for our own products and for other companies, from a single prototype up to production runs.

Machine shop

• Toyoda FA630 horizontal machining centre with a 60-tool changer and a pallet changer, for production milling in metals
• A second, smaller milling machine
• 3 and 4 axis machining in metals and wood

Wood shop

• Two custom 4th-axis CNC wood routers
• A 4 ft x 8 ft CNC router table with automatic tool change
• Full wood-shop tools
• We work mostly in walnut and beech

3D printing and scanning

• Four Bambu Lab 3D printers
• 3D scanning and reverse engineering

What we do

• Our own products. Our Starlink mounts are made in-house. Our gunstock sets are made in our wood shop and sold under our sister brand, Prestigious Wood Stocks.
• Production and contract machining for performance and oilfield companies.
• Custom branding on parts and products.
• Prototypes and one-offs. If you need one part made or an old part copied, we can do that too.
